Over the years, Fortune REIT has been leading the market by consistently achieving a return on investment ("ROI") of over 20% for all its AEIs. Since 2008, we have rolled out the AEIs at Fortune City One, +WOO, Ma On Shan Plaza, Belvedere Square, Jubilee Square and Waldorf Avenue with great success. The enhanced shopping ambiance is well received by residents, shoppers and tenants.
